The interlocutor of the agency noted that specially for the winter sports competitions in the summer, on the main square of the mountain resort "Rosa Khutor" they will create a snow platform, for which hundreds of kilograms of snow will be sent down from the mountain peaks. 

      "In summer, many skiers and snowboarders miss winter skiing, and we decided to make them an unusual gift - to hold competitions in jibbing. Fans of skis and snowboards will be able not only to ride through the snow, but also demonstrate their skills in performing various tricks," said the spokesman for the press service. According to him, anyone can take part in competitions of skiers and snowboarders. To do this, it is necessary to register on the day of the event on the Rose Square, from 15:00 to 17:00, showing the passport or its photocopy.  "Considering that jibbing is an extreme activity, all participants will be provided with insurance. The winners will receive wonderful prizes, including equipment for skiing. In addition, on this day amateurs of fun sports entertainments will have a masterclass in slacklining - walking on the line, where everyone can practice in balancing," - said the source.
