The situation with “Yugra” bank adversely affects the assessment of the financial position of other assets of the owner of the financial organization Aleksei Khotin. The creditor banks of his companies will have to create additional reserves. For Globex (almost entirely owned by VEB) the situation is the most difficult, the volume of its loans to the structures of Khotin exceeds 20 billion roubles, which is more than the entire capital of the bank.

“Now we are discussing a very significant amount of reserves for loans to Aleksei Khotin’s structures, although the loans are still being serviced” - one of them specified. VEB refused to comment, and “Globex” did not respond to the newspaper’s request.

The reason for the need for substantial creation of additional provisions for working loans is the situation the “Yugra” bank with its temporary administration introduced by the Central Bank.
