S & P international rating agency confirmed the long-term credit rating of the “Otkrytie” bank at the level of “B +”. The agency also left the short-term rating of the bank at the level of “B”.

The decision of S & P was due to the results of the financial statements of the credit organization for July which demonstrate the stabilization of business and the improvement of liquidity indicators. According to the estimates of the analysts of the agency, the liquidity reserve of “Otkrytie” remains stable. As it follows from the bank’s report, the indicator of H2 (instant liquidity) was almost five times higher than the normative value and amounted to 74 percent as of August 1 (at a normal indicator of no less than 15 percent).
