Film "Gogol, the Beginning" Became BO Hit in Russia Over Weekend

The Russian mystical detective "Gogol, the Beginning" hit the Russian film distribution, having collected over 219 million rubles at the first weekend of release.

      The film is based on writings by Nikolai Gogol and real facts from the biography of the most mystical classic of Russian literature.


      |The second comes Edgar Wright's film "Kid in the Drive" with the revenue of 64.7 million rubles for the weekend and 290 million rubles for two weeks of release.


      The animation "Emoji Film” ranks third. It made 47.6 million rubles for the last weekend and 355 million rubles for three weeks in the Russian box office.
