Archeological Cluster Will Be Created In Mitino

After the reconstruction in the north-west of the capital, the landscape park Mitino will be opened. On the territory of the regional park, the first in the city archeological cluster will be built where everyone can learn about the life of ancient settlements on the territory of present-day Moscow, look at the mounds and ancient settlements of the 12th century, get acquainted with the objects of everyday life that were used in the first millennium BC.

The park retained all the historical facilities, complementing the infrastructure with research laboratories, exhibition halls and lecture halls. In addition, the pedestrian paths will be repaired and cleaned, new bike routes will be created, and street lighting will be updated. The pond of the park will have wooden terraces for rest. The total area of improvement is more than 110 hectares.
