Sanatorium for 400 People will be Built in the Center of Zheleznovodsk

A sanatorium complex for 400 people will be built in the center of the resort town of Zheleznovodsk in the place of dilapidated emergency houses, the press service of the mayor's office informs.

The construction of the new sanatorium will cost the investor about 2 billion rubles and will be completed in 2020.  According to the press service, the new resort will have modern medical equipment.

An agreement on the intention to implement an investment project for the construction of a sanatorium-hotel complex for 400 places in Zheleznovodsk was concluded in September during the eighth Russian-Azerbaijani forum. The document was signed by the Governor Vladimir Vladimirov, the head of the city Evgeny Moiseyev and the representative of the Azerbaijani side, the director Sanatorium Marina Miroshnichenko.
