Under such conditions, the market entry of such cars as Tesla 3 is a qualitative breakthrough in the electric car-making. As the top manager said, according to the forecast of the International Monetary Fund, the price of oil will make up $ 15 per barrel by 2040: “Of course, oil price of $ 15 is not the price satisfying our country in general, and the remaining conditional 20 -25 years before this happens is a very short period” - he stated.
