Russian Electronics Holding Introduces Transistors for 5G Networks

RosElectronica has launched production of nitride-gallium (GaN) transistors for 5G communication networks and the new generation of radar systems.

Experimental samples have already been tested in quadrocopters, radio stations and airport location equipment. Now about 20 enterprises have received microwave devices for test operation.

The production of switching GaN transistors helps reduce the size of power supplies, chargers and adapters.
