The Deputies of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic Decided to Withdraw From the Instagram Social Network

The deputies of the Parliament of the Chechen Republic have decided to withdraw from the Instagram social network. This was reported by the press service of the legislative body. “The deputy corps will support the initiative of the Chairman of the Parliament  of Chechnya Magomed Daudov who announced that he closed his account until the social network unlocks the page of Ramzan Kadyrov” - the news release said.

Earlier on Saturday Kadyrov  reported that his page on Instagram had been blocked. The Minister for National Policy, External Relations, Mass Media and Information of Chechnya Dzhambulat Umarov stated that Kadyrov’s account turned out to be inaccessible due to the “cyberattacks of sabotage” at the directive of the US Department of State.
