The Tourism Department of Yaroslavl Oblast is ready to pay 500,000 roubles for a gastronomic map of Yaroslavl Oblast. The correspondent of the REGNUM news agency learned about this on the website of state procurements. A new project of the regional authorities titled “Gastronomic Map of Yaroslavl Oblast - Travel in Search of Flavour” should help to develop tourism in the region.

      The contractor should make up a list of gastronomic objects: restaurants, cafes, museums, farms and food industry enterprises. The procedure of compiling the list should involve the experts from the Tourism Department of Yaroslavl Oblast, the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Russia, Russian Culinary Association, Russian Gastronomic Tourism Association, National Association of Keepers of Gastronomic Heritage and Tourism titled “Ochag”.
