Shrovetide events will be held on February 17-18. According to the terms of the technical requirements, Muscovites and guests of the city will see a glowing rubber art object "Sun" (diameter not less than 6 meters) with beams, installed between the columns of the main entrance to the park.

On the Pushkin Embankment there will be an effigy of the Maslenitsa up to 8 meters high, which by tradition will be burnt.

Farewell to the winter will be held at several interactive venues. Guests of the park will be able to shoot from a giant slingshot, compete in running in bags and tug-of-war, play chess, tic-tac-toe, domino, scramble, petanque and bowling, listen to performances of popular artists on the stage set on Pushkinskaya Embankment.
