Belavia Airlines will start flights from Minsk to Kazan since April 26 of this year, the air carrier's press service reports on Friday.

"The flights will be carried out on a regular basis four times a week with departure from Minsk at 23:50 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. The return flight from the capital of Tatarstan is planned to be carried out with departure at 4:30 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays", - the report says.

The flights will be carried out on the Embraer 175 airliner for 76 passenger seats. The cost of the flight from Minsk to Kazan will start from € 106, including fees and charges. The cost of the round-trip flight is from 199 euro, including taxes and fees.

The message contains the words of the general director of the Belavia airline Anatoly Gusarov, who expects that the launch of this route "will stimulate business activity and  contribute to the economic growth of both republics", as well as attract tourists from Tatarstan to Belarus. Belavia also believes that the Minsk-Kazan-Minsk route will be convenient for carrying out transit flights between Europe, Russia and the countries of Central Asia.
