The Cabinet of Ministers approved the allocation of 14.5 billion roubles on the increase of salaries in public sector.

“The funds in the amount of 14.5 billion roubles are sent to the major federal budget holders, in order to finance an increase in the salaries paid to certain categories of workers in budgetary institutions in 2018” - the government’s resolution said. It is noted that in 2018 this resolution will make it possible to achieve the level of salary of state employees stipulated by the President’s decrees.
