Exhibition "Falcons, Eagles, Penguins and Other Rare Types of Spacesuits

The Astronautics Museum in Moscow holds an exhibition on the history of the origin and development of spacesuits in accordance with their tasks.

      The project tells about the peculiarities of various types of overalls and spacesuits - the design and materials, the manufacturing process and peculiarities of use, etc.

      The exhibition presents various samples of space clothing from the Museum collection, which has been gathered for nearly half a century.

      Among the exhibits there are ventilation suits for animals, high-altitude rescue suits for women and men, helmets, heat-shield suits, etc.

      When: from January 20, to April 30, 2018.

      Where: Astronautics Museum at the address 111, Mira Street, next to VDNKh metro station, Moscow.
