The Volume of Foreign Orders for Russian Military and Dual-use Products Exceeded $ 50 Billion

The volume of foreign orders for Russian military and dual-use products has grown and exceeded $ 50 billion by the beginning of 2018. This was reported by Interfax with the reference to the statement of the Head of the Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security Viktor Bondarev.

      According to him, they receive orders from the countries of SCO, BRICS, EAEU, ASEAN. Bondarev called China, Algeria, Iraq, Egypt, India and Indonesia as Russia’s long-term trading partners in the field of weapons. In addition, he noted that they had concluded contract with Turkey for the delivery of the S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems.
