The Xomeric company from Cyprus connected with the Investment Capital Ukraine (ICU) group belonging to the bankers Konstantin Stetsenko and Makar Pasenyuk from Ukraine has become the largest shareholder of “Burger King” in Russia. This was reported by RBC with a reference to the materials of the Cyprus registry of companies.
In February 2018 the ownership structure of the Burger King’s main network in Russia has changed, as RBC explains. Xomeric bought 16.62 percent of shares from VTB, Golden Star Investment Limited Company, having increased its share to 35.02 percent. Partial sale of the stake to the company was confirmed by the press service of the Russian company. As a result of the transaction, the company from Cyprus has become the largest shareholder of Burger King in Russia.
