New Service for Working with Bankruptcies

Sberbank and are launching the Bankro.TECH service, which will make it easier for creditors, banks, tax inspectors and other specialists to work with troubled assets.

Bankro.TECH allows bankruptcy matters to be managed via a single interface and all information and documents to be stored in a structured format. In addition, it allows users to forecast and formulate strategies for working with troubled assets, interact with other creditors, and plan and monitor events – the status of bankruptcy cases is updated and employees’ performance of tasks can be tracked.

The system automatically creates lists of creditors’ demands using court rulings on the entity’s inclusion in the bankruptcy register, calculates voting percentages, and forms reports for creditors on the number and status of procedures as of any date or for any period of time. The service also lets users create standard litigation documents and customised scenarios for tracking by lists of companies and courts.
