Aeroflots  Wi-Fi-access System will be Developed

Aeroflot’s narrow-bodied aircrafts Airbus 320 and 321 will be equipped with devices for access to Internet and streaming entertainment systems.

      The tender for equipment installation, as well as rendering communication services for 3.5 years has been won by “” company. The carrier plans to equip 81 aircrafts with Internet access. It is reported that the first eight Airbus 320 aircrafts already have a Wi-Fi-access system, the rest of aircrafts will be equipped with the necessary devices by December 2019. According to the source of the publication, the cost of unlimited access per hour will amount to 800 roubles, and the access for the entire flight will cost 1000 roubles. The company promises to provide Internet speed of 10 megabits per second.
