Bahrain Announced the Opening of a New Oil Field in the Country

Bahrain has announced the opening of a new oil field in the country, near its west coast.

      According to the government, this has been the largest open field since 1932. The estimated oil volume contained therein amounts to 80 billion barrels.

      The volume indicated is comparable to all explored oil reserves of Russia.
