The Russian industrial magnate Roman Trotsenko, the shareholder of the well-known Russian anti-cancer drug producer titled “MiraxBioPharm” (“MiraxPharma”) is looking for international investors for the sale of the company.
However, potential investors consider the transaction to be dangerous, and the asset itself to be toxic, since the name of the industrial magnate appeared on the American sanctions list. This was reported by the British newspaper “The London Weekly” referring to its sources in the market. As the newspaper notes, Roman Trotsenko and his former business partner in the pharmaceutical business are currently resolving legal disputes in court.
