Sergiev Posad Expects an Increase in the Number of Tourists this Year

The town of Sergiev Posad expects an increase in the number of tourists this year, including because of the World Football Cup held in Russia, as the Head of Sergievo-Posadsky district Mikhail Tokarev stated.

      Sergiev Posad was listed among the five towns of Moscow Oblast where the participants and fans of the championship will be invited. On the eve of the World Cup, 11 pedestrian routes with a total length of over 6 km have been equipped in the town. They have navigation signs in Russian, English and Chinese.
