202 beaches and recreation areas near water reservoirs will be opened in Moscow Oblast this summer, previously it was reported that about 190 such zones would be working.

      “In 2018 it is planned to bring their total number to 202. Recreation areas near water reservoirs differ from the beaches only in the fact that for some objective reasons, swimming is forbidden in places where they are located”, as the press service of the Deputy Governor of the regional government Dmitry Pestov noted.

      They noted that whereas in the summer of 2013 there were 70 official beaches and recreational areas near water reservoirs in Moscow Oblast, in 2017 there are already 184 of them.
