Dmitry Medvedev instructed the officials to draft a bill on electronic employment record books until October 29, 2018. The Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Communications will submit a bill on switching to electronic employment record books to the government until October 29. This is stated in the instruction of Dmitry Medvedev.

      In addition, the officials should prepare a draft government act on public awareness work among employers and employees of companies concerning the introduction of electronic employment record books. At the same time, prior to October 1 the Ministry of Labor should form approaches, stages and timeframes for the translation of HR records management to electronic form. Let us recall, the Prime Minister has promised that the system of electronic employment record books will start working from the year 2020.
