The “Kvass Feast” festival will be held on July 21 in the city of Yalutorovsk in Tyumen Oblast. “Everyone will be able to taste different types of kvass - traditional, cranberry, horseradish; kvass for cold soup with meat and vegetables, as well as other non-alcoholic soft drinks, at the festival held on the territory of the “Yalutorovskiy Ostrog” tourist complex, as the representative of the organizing committee said.

The guests of the festival will also be able to taste the kvass cold soup with meat and vegetables cooked according to the old recipe. “There will be enough cold kvass soup for everyone: it will be cooked in a large 200-liter vat”, as the source of the agency noted. He also added that in the program of the festival would include a contest of folk rhymes about kvass, draw games, performances of folklore ensembles.
