A hotel with a complex of baths of the peoples of the world has opened in the centre of Moscow.

      The office and hotel complex on Samarskaya Street in the centre of Moscow has been commissioned. The building consists of a ten-story stylobate, an oval tower with 34 floors and an underground parking for 648 seats. The total area of the complex amounts to 76.1 thousand square meters. The hotel part will take the floors of the tower from 14th to 32nd , they will contain 379 rooms of the four-star category. A restaurant with a terrace will open on the last two floors.

      The hotel complex will be managed by the Carlson Rezidor hotel group. In addition to the hotel, the building will accommodate offices, conference rooms, meeting rooms, a fitness centre with a spa zone.
