Ryazan Oblast intends to lead the way on the Russian medical tourism market, as the regional Governor Nikolai Lyubimov said at the interregional conference titled “Prospects for the Development of Medical Tourism in Russian Regions: Ryazan Oblast”. According to him, the region has good reasons for this: the high level of medical services at a relatively low cost, good infrastructure, convenient logistics.

      "Ryazan Oblast has an unlimited potential for the development of medical tourism. Only during the year 2017 around 60,000 foreign and nonresident citizens have received medical assistance in regional clinics. According to our forecasts, this flow of tourists will only increase”, as N. Lyubimov stressed.
