Travelling to Russia without Visa For FIFA Fans

The amendments to the current legislation allowing the foreign fans of the Football World Cup to return to Russia without visa difficulties again in this year will be promptly accepted by the State Duma by the end of July, as the First Deputy Speaker Ivan Melnikov reported.

      "We are talking about the fact that soon we will make appropriate amendments to the legislation”, as  I.Melnikov told to reporters. He added that these will be minor amendments.
