The employers will monitor the compliance of their foreign employees with the terms of stay and the purpose of their visit. The corresponding law has been signed by the president of the Russian Federation.
Employers will ensure that the invited foreign worker does not violate the purpose of his/her visit to Russia and leaves the country after the expiry of his/her period of stay. The President has already signed the relevant law.
At the same time, the President introduced fines for violations of the new procedure of monitoring foreign workers in the Administrative Code. The maximum fine for a company amounts to half a million roubles.
