The "Russian Heaven-2018" International Balloon Festival will be held in Ryazan from August 7 to August 12, as the Air Sports Federation of Ryazan Oblast told to Interfax. According to the interlocutor of the agency, the official opening of the festival of balloonists will be held on August 8 on the territory of the Ryazan Kremlin.
