Travelling to Russia through Belarus with Fan ID

The tourists having the fan's passports (Fan IDs) traveling to Russia through Belarus will have to get a transit visa issued.

      “The agreement signed at the end of May is still valid until this midnight, and then it will resume only for European games, there are no other legal grounds for the passage of former fans”, as the Head of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Igor Fisenko said at a press conference held on Wednesday in Minsk.
