“Russian Railways” OJSC is currently carrying out technical work to change the current information system. In May similar changes were introduced to the procedure for issuing tickets for trains departing on August 1 and later.

Russian Internet companies have not begun to fully implement the provisions of the so-called "Yarovaya Law” during one month; the law provides for the storage of all information (messages, records of conversations, videos, etc.) during six months and its presentation to law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation at their request, as RBC reports.

The reason why companies have not yet begun to implement the law is the lack of documents that should describe in what form and in which way this information should be stored and transmitted.
