The Russian government is working on visa-free entry to Russia for foreign visitors via the fan’s passports issued to the last World Cup before the Universiade-2019 in Krasnoyarsk, as the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Olga Golodets reported.

      The Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Government came to Krasnoyarsk to participate in the forum of the International University Sports Federation (FISU) and discuss the preparations for the Universiade-2019 with the government of the region. The Winter Universiade will be held in Krasnoyarsk from March 2 to March 12, 2019.
