The World’s Largest Closed Khachapuri  will be Baked in Sochi

The world’s largest closed khachapuri (cheese-filled bread) will be baked in Sochi on the eve of the Festival of Caucasian cuisine, on August 25. The idea will be implemented jointly with “Sochinsky Bakery Complex” JSC.

      Sochi Excursions

      More than 10 cooks will be cooking khachapuri weighing more than 30 kg. This will require 12 kilograms of flour, 16 kilograms of cheese and more than 100 eggs. Within the framework of the festival it is planned to hold the tasting of khachapuri, as well as performances of folk club artists, soap bubbles show and various competitions.
