The President of Russia has signed a bill on the insurance of the plans of small businesses. On July 24 the document was approved by the State Duma in the third final reading. According to the law, the system of deposit insurance will be extended to small enterprises, in accordance with the criteria established by the state.

      The maximum amount of insurance compensation will make up 1.4 million roubles - the same compensation is established for the deposits of physical persons and individual entrepreneurs. The insured deposits will be rouble or foreign currency deposits of small businesses placed in banks on the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of a bank deposit agreement or a bank account.
