The Russian stage of the Formula One World Championship will be held in the next season, on September 29 of next year, as the website of the organization says.
The first stage of the championship will traditionally take place in Australia (March 17), the final stage - in the UAE (December 1). The “Formula 1” Russian Grand Prix is traditionally held in Sochi at the “Sochi Autodrom”. The most modern race track in Russia passes through the Olympic Park. The first race took place there in 2014. The agreement with the “Formula-1” group of companies provides for holding the stages of the “Russian Grand Prix” annually from 2014 to 2020. In 2017 the contract was extended until 2025.
