The panoramic park titled “Tuugaya Mountain” will be built in the Republic of Altai. The project will be implemented in several stages during up to six years.

      At the first stage, in 2018-2019, it is planned to develop the summit, the southern slope and the foothill part of the Tugaya Mountain. A horseshoe-shaped panoramic complex of year-round operation with observation platforms, a museum, universal halls for mass events, as well as shopping and entertainment facilities, with a total area of 1500 square meters will be built on the mountain top.

      The development of the southern slope includes the construction of the observation platform titled “The First Hill”, the “Altai Spring” ritual platform, construction of a stone staircase and pedestrian ground trails. It is planned to build a canopy scene, a parking lot, snowmaking stations, two cableways for snowtubing at the foothill of the mountain.
