Due to the new chapters added to the Tax Code, there is a risk of criminal liability for managers of companies that have debts on these payments.

      Therefore, the representatives of the Ministry of Finance and the Federal Tax Service promise to introduce a 10-year moratorium on criminal liability for violating the new chapters of the Tax Code.

      Another proposal is to increase tax debt threshold under the Article 199 of the Criminal Code.
