The longest route of the Moscow metro connecting the districts of Nekrasovka in the south-east of the city and Rasskazovka in the “New” Moscow is to be launched in 2021.
The new route will join several sections of the Bolshaya Koltsevaya Metro Line, as well as the Nekrasovskaya line under construction and the recently opened Solntsevskaya radial line. In fact, with the use of this route, the metro will provide transit from the “New” Moscow through the centre and north of the city to its south-east.

In 2021, the north-eastern section of the Bolshaya Koltsevaya Line will be completed, which will enable the launch of the new and longest metro route. Thus, trains will be able to depart from the “Rasskazovka” station of the Kalininsko-Solntsevskaya line, then go along the northern semi-ring of the Bolshaya Koltsevaya Line, and after the “Nizhegorodskaya” station head to Nekrasovka along the “pink” metro line.
