The infrastructure for the “Digital Profile” unified platform - the platform for collection of data of Russian citizens - will be launched in late 2023. The access to this platform will be granted not only to state institutions and citizens, but also to commercial organizations.

According to preliminary data, the platform will store meta-profiles of Russian citizens – the data in the form of links to legally significant records, such as entries on real estate and taxes.
The transition to the “Digital Profile” will proceed gradually, as all state services switch to the register model with the use of electronic state register instead of that on paper. The “Digital Profile” will enable citizens to view full information about themselves through an account on the web-portal of public services.
