Concert Rock Hits. Organ Show in Moscow Soon

Rock music hits and original adaptations of rock opera fragments will be performed by organist Maria Blazhevich.

In the mid-1960s, the heyday of rock music, the Hammond organ became especially popular. Lawrence Hammond invented his electromechanical keyboard instrument in 1935. During the war years it was used in military orchestras, and after the war, it was adopted by lots of blues, jazz, and rock bands. Thus, the timbre of the organ has become an integral part of rock music.

All the music pieces will be performed by well-known organist Maria Blazhevich.
