A pedestrian boulevard with art objects, a branch of the Hermitage and a theater will appear on the territory of the former ZIL plant in the south of Moscow.

High-tech benches with Wi-Fi and original art objects will appear on the new boulevard, which will be named after the Vesnins brothers. In fact, it will become a new resting place for Muscovites and guests of the capital. It will be almost equal to the historic Arbat in length.

The Hermitage’s branch, a theater center, art galleries, a large department store, a market, cafes, restaurants, fitness clubs and other facilities will be constructed  on the boulevard.
In addition, more than a hundred large trees are planned to be planted along the boulevard, including lindens, poplars, maples and pines up to 30 meters high. Flower gardens will be given a special place in landscaping. More than 15,000 flowers and grasses will be planted on the territory.
