The Art of Gourmet festival will bring back the former popularity of hors-d'oeuvre in traditional Russian cuisine.
Appetizers and chasers would start any noble dinner in the early 20th century Russia.
During the festival, each chef will present their vision of a set of chasers inspired by the unique taste of the Beluga Gold Line vodka: from classic caviar to brand new original dishes.
The cuisines of different countries will connect with modern cooking technologies - restaurants chefs will create three different snacks, each of them accompanied with a shot of Beluga Gold Line vodka.

In total, 50 restaurants will take part in the festival, including Ruski, Grand Cafe Dr. Zhivago, Sunrise, Salumeria, Maritozzo, Remy Kitchen & Bakery, Cutfish, Rybtorg, Mushrooms, Montifiori, Peshi, Moregrill, Siberia, Siberia, Pink Mama, Zodiac, Chicha, Clouds, and others.
The Art of Gourmet festival runs from December 6 to December 27, 2018.
