Advent 2018, an annual sacred music festival, is taking place in the Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral, Moscow. This year the project turns 5 years old, so the program is especially rich and varied!
In the Catholic churches of Western European countries, Advent is the special period on Christmas Eve, when every Christian waits for a real miracle - the birth of Jesus Christ.
The festival program includes a series of sacred music concerts, designed to acquaint a wide audience with reflections on Jesus from the world-famous compositions, which open the doors to the realm of one of the most significant and revered Christian holidays.
