Until January 15, the media center of the Zaryadye Park will demonstrate the VR film “Hermitage. Virtual Immersion in Time and Space".
With the help of latest technology, the historical film in the virtual reality format creates the illusion of the viewer’s presence and participation in historical events.
The film script is based on significant events that mark the major periods in the history of the Hermitage Museum, from the reign of Catherine the Great to the present day.

The Palace Square, the Hermitage museum’s halls, the Hanging Garden and the roof of the Winter Palace will be discovered anew in the company of a mystic guide, who can travel in time and space. His role was played by one of the most famous Russian actors, Konstantin Khabensky.
The VR film session lasts for 19 minutes.
