Gastronomic festival "Russian kholodets (meat jelly)" will be held in the Moscow region on January 26.

      The sixth gastronomic festival "Russian Kholodets" will be held in Pavlovsky Posad, Moscow Region on January 26.

      ”Russian Kholodets” gastronomic festival will be held on the territory of the Knyazhiy Dvor museum and exhibition complex.

      For the sixth time, contests, master classes,   theatrical performances, folk songs and dances will be prepared for the guests. Everyone can take part in the competition program. The jury will choose the winners in three categories: the best jelly; the best recipe of mustard and sauces to jelly; and the best homemade liqueur.
