At the end of January 2019, the ArtPlay Design Center in Moscow will hold a contemporary art festival to promote aspiring artists.
CAT 2019 is aimed at providing support to young and promising artists and drawing everyone’s attention to beginning authors and budding talents.
The peculiarity of the festival is that, compared to other similar cultural projects, it is absolutely open and accessible to all comers, regardless of age, skill level, style, genre, etc.
The CAT project is both the celebration of intellect and total performance, which makes visitors immerse themselves in the fantasy worlds of modern visual art.
