Small and medium businesses in Moscow received over 27.7 billion rubles of loans with state guarantee support in 2018.
The volume of guarantees of Small Business Assistance Fund in Moscow equaled to 13.7 billion rubles in total, which exceeded the previous year statistics by 13%. It is reported that most often entrepreneurs apply for a guarantee in order to receive a loan for working capital replenishment (70%), 8% applied for support to refinance previously taken loans.
The average volume of fund guarantees was 16 million rubles. At the same time, the largest volume of guarantees was given to trade (55%), production and innovation (16%), as well as construction (8%). About 58% of the guarantees were received by small business companies, 35% by microbusiness, and only 7% by medium-sized enterprises.
