The Museum of Contemporary History of Russia and Zlata Rozman Chocolate Studio hold a unique exhibition of Russian chocolate.
In the 20th century, Russian chocolatiers were worthy competitors to European manufacturers. This fact is confirmed by numerous awards they won at international professional exhibitions.
Visitors to the event will see a collection of antique tableware, as well as sets of chocolate sweets and biscuits, which are about a hundred years old, special tools for chocolate production and other interesting items directly related to chocolate. Some items are over a thousand years old!
A mini chocolate studio will demonstrate all the steps of making chocolate on modern equipment. The event will also offer interesting thematic workshops for both children and adults.
