Cheesemakers and bee-keepers present their masterpieces at the food festival in Gostiny Dvor, which offers the products that cannot be found in supermarkets.
Masters from all over Russia will tell about the secrets of their crafts. A mini-museum at the festival will introduce the visitors to the subtleties of beekeepers’ work and bee’s life.
Here you can taste and purchase various sorts of honey, bee bread, bee glue, pollen, and royal jelly.
Gourmets will have a wide choice of unique grades of the craft cheese made of natural products free from chemicals and preservatives. Other popular farm products such as jams, teas, sausages, herbal teas, smoked products, fruit jellies, and candies, are also available at the festival. Admission is free for all.
