New Hotels will be Constructed in Moscow

New hotels will be built in the east and in the center of Moscow

      A permit has been issued for the construction of two hotels - in the center and in the east of Moscow, the press service of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Service reported. They added that the total housing stock of hotels will be 359 rooms.

      A hotel on Kozhevnicheskaya street, vl. 2-4 (Central Administrative Okrug, Zamoskvorechye) is designed for 255 numbers. For the convenience of guests an underground parking for 134 cars will be arranged. The validity of the building permit is until January 2020.

      The 11-storey hotel on Velyaminovskaya Street, 34, bldg. 23 (VAO, Sokolinaya Gora), next to the metro station "Semenovskaya", will include 104 rooms, as well as shops, restaurants, service companies. The building will be located in the industrial zone, surrounded by offices and industrial buildings. The validity of the building permit is until March 2020.
